Conserve Netbook Battery

Conserve Netbook Battery
The technology is now demanding increasingly sophisticated gadgets capable of performing a variety of functions to support the work and activities of daily life. One multifunctional gadget is a netbook. This portable computer has a variety of functions such as creating documents, graphics, games, to connect to the Internet network. This tool is also quite practical because it can be taken anywhere.
From the overall function to do it, the battery has an important role. Increasingly complexes tool capabilities the more battery energy required. It is therefore not surprising that the more activities we do with the netbook. Battery strength will weaken faster. Sometimes we can not do an activity with a netbook when it was taken out because the battery is depleted of energy generated and not immediately charged because no available outlet for charging. Batteries need to be maintained so that it can be used in the long term and not easily weakened. We need to do the right thing in the usage and charging netbook. Some tips to do to conserve battery life netbook namely:

Reduce lighting display
Should we work with a slightly dim lighting display, because the active screen will use more power than other devices. Especially if strong lighting. The more light netbook screen, the larger the battery energy is used. Turn on standby mode as well, so that the screen can die if the activity is stopped netbook. This method also saves battery energy.
Turn off Bluetooth Wifi. The ability to capture netbook wifi signal also requires energy batteries. So you should turn off the wifi if it does not require an Internet connection or signal elusive, because the netbook will require more battery energy to capture signals that wifi. Except  bluetooth turned on if needed.

Conserve Netbook Battery
Enhancements released
Enhancements such as a flash disk or modem should be removed when not in use. This prevents the netbook to work harder to detect files in a device that also absorb additional battery energy.

Close and stop program
Often we open many programs at once while working. Even this activity has the potential to absorb more energy. So should we close the program that have not been used to reduce the work of the netbook. Stop the game anyway, song or movie player if you do not want the battery quickly weakened. Besides its use we also need to consider how to keep the battery charging durable.
The first thing is charging when netnook is off the charging time as directed. Do it anyway before charging netbook really dead to avoid strain on the battery chemistry. Always clean the metal battery with a soft cloth and a small amount of alcohol to be clean in order to secure the transfer of power to a netbook battery lasts reasonable. In addition we need to remove the battery when not in use for a long time. Batteries need to be placed in a cool and safe and protected from direct sunlight.

Mushroom Extract and Usefulness

Mushroom Extract and Usefulness
The pharaoh in ancient Egypt really like mushrooms. Fungi into food that is devoted to the royal family. The Romans called it the food of the gods and present only on special occasions. The ancient Greeks held a festival of mold and mildew can make sure that they are mighty warriors on the battlefield. But now the mold is not for the elite only. Where-where many are fond of mushrooms. If you love to eat mushrooms, do you know what you actually eat it? Are mushrooms considered vegetables or something else? How to grow mushrooms? Are mushrooms nutritious? And how about finding wild mushrooms?
In the town of beautiful plateau south New South Wales, where Noel Arnold pembudidayaaan mushrooms, we can see how the fungus is cultivated. Ground, Noel, an Australian man that large, is a microbiologist and expert on mushrooms. He studied fungus breeding in several states before returning to Aaustralia to cultivate. "Mushrooms are fungi, classified with mushrooms and caterpillar pests," he explained. "In the past, the biologist thought that fungi were plants, but now we know that fungi are very different from the plant. Example, fungi do not produce their own food through photosynthesis like plants in general. Fungi can grow in the dark. bodies they secrete a powerful enzyme that converts organic materials into nutrients to be absorbed as a food staple.'s unique digestive process also distinguishes fungi from animals. Inasmuch fungi not plants, nor animals, the biologist now classify them as a separate type, the fungi world. "
"The mushrooms grown in the wild releasing millions of spores mixed with subtle other fungal spores, then shoot,"
"If the spores were falling in place with a moist and rich food, they will grow into new fungi. Mushroom cultivators mimic this process by creating controlled conditions to increase the number and quality of the harvest."
Noel explained, the various types of fungi require different conditions for growth. For example, button mushrooms, one of the most popular mushrooms in the world, growing both compost disinfected. Other species thrives in pockets of humus, in bottles of grain, the whole logs, or sawdust solid. And thousands of fungal species known, only about 60 are cultivated. Noel grows mushrooms in a disused railway tunnel near Mittagong Kerea. "It's a cool moist and very suitable for the fungus," he said. There are thousands of mushrooms of all sizes and shapes sticking out of the row of bags, pots, and bottles. There are similar other roses are blooming like the lilies. There's also a bit like a bouquet of flowers or umbrellas. People certainly fascinated by colorful mushrooms this.
Mushroom Extract and Usefulness
Many people love the unique mushroom shape but may not know how to cook. "Though easily cooked mushrooms. Fungus can pan, made soup or salad, baked whole-intact as well. Nobody likes crispy fried oyster mushrooms panir use flour or mixed hioko omelet with mushrooms that taste like meat too delicious.
Mushrooms can be eaten very nutritious and contain fiber, protein, minerals and vitamins that are important. About 2000 species of fungi are also known efficacious as a medicine. According to a media journal, mushroom extract has more than 100 properties, including the fight against cancer, hepatitis, AIDS, Alzheimer's disease, and high cholesterol. But there is a very dangerous wild mushrooms. One of them, deadly toadstool (Amanita phalloides), which looks very similar to the type of fungus that can be eaten. Therefore, you should never eat a wild mushroom unless it is declared safe by a mushroom expert. Mushrooms are grown naturally safe for consumption. In fact, mushrooms are delicious dish that was once the food of kings. Fungus commonly grows wild in the forests of the cold, damp and dark, where they turn trees and dead plants and animal waste into organic matter that fertilizes the soil. The mushrooms were eating organic compounds that exist in the roots of the trees, while the trees take the nutrients absorbed by the fungus.
Cultivating mushrooms:
1. Enter egar mushrooms in a paper bag or cloth bags before being stored in the refrigerator. Do not place near objects smelling fungus because the fungus can absorb pungent odor.
2. If you want to eat raw mushrooms, wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth or rinse briefly in water, then wipe it dry. Do not soak mushrooms in water.
3. To clean mushrooms before cooking, just use a soft brush.
4. Do not peel mushrooms. Her skin was actually tasty and nutritious.

I wish you and your family are in good condotion friends. Ok, see you.

Drug Resistant

Drug Resistant
The reduced effectiveness of antibiotics is hampering the control of infectious diseases. Resistance to penicillin, the first antibiotic, is still increasing. About a decade ago, penicillin did not kill the bacgteria, streptococcus pneumoniae, in 36.2 per cent of people in Singapore. That number has grown to 40 per cent now. In Singapore, streptococcus pneumoniae is a major cause of pneumonia.
As the world health organization marked World Health Day in April with the theme of antimicrobial resistance, it underscored how the battle between humans and microbes has been waged for years. The microbes have been gaining since penicillin resistance in streptococcus pneumoniae was discovered in 1977. Since then several superbags which are resistant to multiple antibiotics have evolved. An example of a superbag which is resistant to multiple antibiotics is methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus ( MRSA ), of which there are high levels here.
Last year, the global emergence and spread of New Delhi metallo-betalactamase-1 (NDM-1) has added to an increasing list of resistance mutations. The national and global health concern is that antibiotic resistance, which reduces the effectiveness of treatment, hampers the control  of infectious diseases. Patients remain infectious for longer, which increases the potential for spreading resistant microorganisms to others. Futhermore, antibiotic resistance is under-recognised here, according to an editorial published in the Annals Academy of Medicine.

Other antibiotics still work

Drug Resistant
Pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline is midway through a study which, while confirming penicillin's effectiveness is decreasing, has found that 98.5 per cent of streptococcus pneumoniae strains can still be effectively treated with its antibiotics called amoxicillin-clavulanate and amoxicillin. The study started in 2009 and is expected to be concluded in 2013.  Some 185 samples were collected from patients diagnoses with respiratory tract infections, such as bronchitis and sinusitis. The preliminary results were presented at the eighth international symposium on antimicrobial agents & resistance in Seoul, South Korea.
If a patient, is still unwell after taking amoxicillin, he should return to his doctor, who will be able to adjust the treatment accordingly. If amoxicillin does not work, it is appropriate to change to amoxicillin-clavulanate. The reason is that there are other organism such as influenzae H and moxarella catarrhalis which cannot be adequately treated with amoxicillin alone. The use of amoxicillin-clavulanate will allow better eradicaton of other likely germ that cause respiratory tract infection. Amoxicillin alone will not be effective in treating all of them. Bacteria has become resistant to amoxicillin by digesting it with an enzyme called beta-lactamase. Scientists then created an anti=beta-lactamase-clavulanate to inhibit the enzyme. It blocks the digesting enzyme so the amoxicillin can act.

Eating Fish Boost Heart Health of Young Women

Eating Fish Boost Heart Health of Young Women
Women of childbearing age can reduce their risk of heart problems by regularly eating fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids, said a Danish study published on Monday. The study is the first to examine younger women, aged 15 to 49, and determine whether fish in their diet has an impact on their current likelihood of heart problems, instead of their longevity.
Women who rarely or never ate fish faced a 90 per cent higher risk of heart problems than those who ate fish weekly. When researchers looked at hospital admissions for cardiovascular disease in three different assessments over a 30 week periode, they found it was three times higher among women who did not eat fish. The findings, published in Hypertension : Journal of the Smerican heart association, are based on a Danish study  of 49,000 women with a median age of 30. Women were interviewed by phone about their family history, lifestyle and fish consumption, and were tracked over the next eight years.
Eating Fish Boost Heart Health of Young Women
Dr. Martin Strom, lead reasercher and post-doctoral fellow at the centre for fetal Programming at Statens Serum Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark, remark, they saw a strong association with cardiovascular disease in the women who were still in their late 30's. The biggest challenge in getting health messages like this across to younger populations is that usually the benefits  may not be evident for 30 or 40 years, but our study shows this is not the case.
Women most commonly reported eating cod, salmon, herring and mackerel, all of which are high in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and believed to protect againts heart and vascular diseases. The study focused exclusively on dietary intake of fish ot supplements with fish oil. Women who eat fish should find the results encouraging, but it is important to emphasise that to obtain the greatest benefit from fish and fish oils, women should follow the dietary recommendations to eat fish as a main meal at least twice a week.

Multiple Pregnancies Lined to A Healthier Heart

Multiple Pregnancies Lined to A Healthier Heart
In a new study from a Californian community, women who had been pregnant at least four times were less likely to die from cardiovascular diseases than those who had never been expecting. This could be due to the protective effects of pregnancy-related hormones, the social support that comes with having more children or the fact that women who are able to get pregnant more often are eathier to begin with. It is not clear that getting pregnant more often protect women's hearts. It is just one more little pice of the puzzle that maybe physicians should be aware of. The new study, published in fertility and sterility, involved nearly 1,300 women from southern California. In the mid 1980's when paricipants were on average in their early 70's, the researchers asked them how many times they had been pregnant and given birth. The researchers asked about lifesyle habits related to heart health, such as smoking and exercise, and measured their cholesterol, blood pressure, height and weight. For the next 19 years, the reseachers tracked them through regular clinic visits, questionaires and death records. Over that periode, 707 women or about 55  per cent, died of various causes. Just under half of those deaths were due to heart and vascular diseases, including heart failure, heart attacks and strokes.
Multiple Pregnancies Lined to A Healthier Heart
Compared to women who had never been pregnant, those who reported at least four pregnancies were about 35 per cent less likely to die of any heart or vascular disease. That was after taking into account the women's age and weight. One of the possible explanations, the researchers said, was that women who are pregnant more times produce more oestrogen over the long run and longer lifetime exposure to the hormone may have protective heart effects. Alternatively, heart-related deaths could be reduced in women who have lots  of grown children and social support around them  as they age.
