Not everyone can accept the changes. Only those whose personality is mature enough to understand that change is an essential factor in life.
"The world is none other than a series of changes," wrote Abraham Cowley in 1647. "Change is an essential part of life", said the wise man, but not everyone agrees with the way of thinking that way. Society and life is not something that is steady and stagnant. We must be willing to accept changes in life. For the happiness and peace of mind, we should be ready about the possibility of change and the actuality of change.

We often hear people say, "I hope all this has never changed," or "I hope all will remain like this for ever!" But the time, place and people, everything changed. We could not resist the passage of time and maintain the objects in a fixed pattern. Changing lifestyles will be very boring. A change in the flavor of life, though not rarely cause emotional shocks. We're not going to find the flavor of the drab routines. You can just feel annoyed, but the actual reaction came because our attitude in the face of a little change. Instead let's face every change in life with a flexible attitude and learn to adapt to it. We must capitalize on change and do not need to feel tortured changes.
Do not avoid change, but be proud of your ability to adjust to the change. This ability is a major challenge for you in any change in the pattern of our lives. Actually, the desire to avoid change is reasonable, but wish it was a reaction to the children. You must learn to suppress that tendency.

Two-sided
Change can be seen from two sides. The first is to remind that any changes it contains a challenge. The other side is to see something change as an opportunity for self-growth. In the lives of many and frequent changes in the situation. Actually we all started life as a result of a change in circumstances. Birth in essence nothing more than a process of change from one state to another. Since that time we go through a series of changes, which include things like: go to school, go to work, marriage, sickness, death, promotion, moving, and a number of other changes. If a situation changes disturb your peace of mind, consider the challenge in it. Remember how in the past you have so often managed to adapt to various changes. Challenges in a changing situation should allow us to increase the dignity and self esteem. To more easily find it a challenge, look back at the changes in your life before this and how you managed to deal with it.

Do not assume the burden
There was a frantic wife whenever her husband was transferred and they had to move. Her husband was a young executive in a large company. They kept moving, so that their home life is often disrupted and never established. Not long ago he was the visit to the house. He looked so calm and serene. I think that they eventually had to settle in one place. He laughed and replied, that they are now even more likely to move than the first. 3. Always look at the positive side of every situation changes. Look how the changes could increase the maturity and joy of life.
4. We can break down a change in several waves gradually. Thus we are no longer faced with a major jolt in life but a series of changes that we can deal with perfectly.
